"Lembro de você direto!"
"Lembro de você direto!"
What confuses me most about this sentence is the word "direto". I have found many examples of using "lembro de você", but 'I remember/think about you directly' does not really make sense to me! So I wondered if perhaps it is some kind of expression.
The only context I can give is this: It was a sentence at the end of an email from a Brazilian friend who has gone on holiday for a couple of weeks.
Many thanks for any help.
